A full breakfast is served each morning. Coffee service with freshly baked muffins or coffee cake is available starting around 8 AM in the parlor with breakfast served at either 8:15 or 9:15 AM on weekends (around 9 AM during the week). For 2021, we will continue to provide 6 foot spacing between couples at breakfast with small tables set up in the parlor along with two couples able to sit at each end of the dining room table. We start with a fresh fruit course and then serve a hot entree as listed below with orange or cranberry juice . If you have any dietary restrictions or special requests, please let the innkeeper know when you make your reservation or when you check-in.
We typically prepare our food in advance and serve one of our "signature dishes" listed below:
Apple or Fresh Peach Cream Cheese Raisin Bread Bake with sausage
Quiche Lorraine with grilled potatoes
Belgium Waffles with fresh strawberries or peaches with sausage
French Toast with fresh strawberries or peaches (in season) with bacon
Eggs Benedict with potatoes
Spicy Sausage/Potato hash with poached eggs
Italian style baked egg frittata with salad
If you would prefer cereal with fresh strawberries or just vanilla yogurt with fresh fruit, let the innkeeper know in advance. If you are not having breakfast, please let us know in advance.
