Making Reservations

The best way to check room availability, room rates, or make reservations is to use the online "BOOK NOW" option on this site, which is available 24/7. In order to make a confirmed reservation, you must use a debit or credit card a secure your stay with a 50 percent deposit. Our system charges the card on file for the balance on the morning of your arrival. If you would like to use a different method of payment, please let us know 48 hours in advance of the date you arrive.

Note that we have a BEST RATE Guarantee. It will always be less to book direct though this site, or by calling us, vs. third party sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc. You will also be given the best service by calling direct as we can answer questions about our amenities, as well as offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat. We can always add wine, charcuterie, flowers to your stay - just ask. And let us know if we can assist with booking dinner reservations, tours, massages, and other local happenings.

The Parsonage Inn prides itself on outstanding hospitality, a great location, free parking, free bikes between Memorial and Labor Days, access to the lovely outdoor pool at our sister property, The George Brooks House and, of course, having the best breakfast in town. A true bed-and-breakfast experience, you will enjoy visiting with other travelers from near and far around the morning meal. Our cozy parlor offers a comfortable respite in the evenings and before breakfast. A small refrigerator is available for leftovers, as well as a freezer to keep ice.

Please review our cancellation policies before booking:
- You may cancel up until 14 days prior to your arrival for $25, per room. The fee helps to recover credit card processing fees and other administrative costs.
- Within 13 days or less from your arrival, you may cancel and recover your deposit, less the cancellation fee of $25 per room, only if we are able to rent the room for the entirety of your stay. If your room is re-rented for a portion of your stay, we will refund the rebooked portion, less the $25 fee. We understand that life happens. As a small business we only ask that you give us as much notice as possible to recoup the income. Please note that some banks take 5-10 days to post to your account.

Cancelling third party bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, etc.):
You must cancel your booking through the site you secured the reservation. Cancellation policies and fees vary per site. 

Pets: The Parsonage Inn has one pet-friendly room, #7. Up to two pets may occupy the room. A $40/night pet fee will be added to your booking. The pet fee is per night, not per pet. Service animals who assist guests are always welcome. Please note that only rooms 1, 5, 6, and 7 do not have stairs to navigate. A pet fee will be assessed for any damage to rooms or furnishings during your stay.

Children: Children five and over are welcome with a parent or guardian. All rooms, except #8 only allow for two guests, so one parent and one child, in the same bed, can be accommodated. Two children under 17 cannot accommodate the same room.

If available, Room 8 has a sitting area, small fridge, and separate room that can be separately booked to accommodate two additional guests, including children. Please let the innkeeper know in advance of your arrival that you will be traveling with younger kids as to best plan for breakfast, etc.
