Making Reservations

The best way to check room availability, room rates, or make reservations is to use the online "BOOK A ROOM" option on this site, which is available 24/7.  In order to make a confirmed reservation, you must use a debit or credit card to secure your stay with a 50 percent deposit.  Or you can call our new Reservations Desk - 1-410-819-9828 from 8am until 9pm every day.  If you do get a message, please leave your name, phone number and dates of interest so we can call you back

Note that we have a BEST RATE Guarantee.  It will always be less to book direct though this site, or by calling us, vs. third party sites like Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.  We can answer questions about our inn and guest bedrooms, as well as offer recommendations for things to do and places to eat. 

The Parsonage Inn prides itself on outstanding hospitality, a great location, free parking, free bikes, and access to the lovely outdoor pool and hot tub at our sister property, The George Brooks House B&B, about 1/2 mile away.  We are known for serving the best breakfast in town.  A true bed-and-breakfast experience, you will enjoy visiting with other travelers from near and far around the US and Europe.  Our cozy parlor offers a comfortable place in the evenings and before breakfast. A small refrigerator is available for leftovers, as well as a freezer with ice.

Please review our cancellation policies before booking:
- You may cancel up until 14 days prior to your arrival for $25 per room.
- Within 14 days of your arrival, the reservation becomes non-cancelable and you are responsible for 100% of the room nights booked. Your refund will be based on what we can recover from other bookings for your room, so give us as much notice as possible to improve our chances of renting the room to others.  Rescheduling your stay requires 2 weeks or more notice to avoid penalties.

Cancelling third party bookings (Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, etc.):
You must cancel your booking through the OTA site you used for the reservation. Cancellation policies and fees vary based on the OTA you used. 

Pets: The Parsonage Inn has two pet-friendly rooms, #6 & #7.  A $40 pet fee will be added to your booking. The pet fee is a one time fee to cover extra cleaning when you leave.   A damage fee will be assessed for any damage to rooms or furnishings by the pet during your stay and charged to the card on file.

Children: Children five and over are welcome with a parent or guardian.  All rooms, except #8, have a single Queen or King bed for two guests, so one parent and one child, in the same bed, can be accommodated.

Room 8 King Suite has a sitting area, small fridge, plus a separate room with two twin beds that can be booked to accommodate two children. Please let the innkeeper know in advance of your arrival that you will be traveling with children so we can plan the breakfast seating arrangements.
